Time: 2 – 3 p.m.
Location: Virtual

More and more county business is done via email, but there are a number of pitfalls when it comes to setting up official county email addresses. For example, if a county official retires but their email address is not controlled by the county (e.g. a personal gmail account), it can be difficult or impossible to ensure that the email address is also retired or redirected to the correct person and will no longer be used for county business. During this webinar, you will learn the best practices for setting up and determining ownership of official county email addresses and how to transition your county to a .gov domain.
