The Kentucky Association of Counties, Inc. (KACo) will hold its 52^nd Annual Conference at the Central Bank Center in Lexington, Kentucky on November 18-20, 2026. KACo is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for exposition services for the conference.

Description of Services Requested:

• Provide furnishings for more than 100 10x10 exhibit booths, including, but not limited to:
  • Drapery
  • 8’ skirted tables
  • Side chairs
  • D. sign
  • Wastebasket; and
  • Carpeting, including aisle carpet
• Exhibit floor plan
• Utility & freight service
• Built-in registration desk
• Signage; and
• Other items to be determined.

Response Due Date/Additional Information:

All responses to this RFP shall be received by KACo no later than 4:00 p.m. May 11, 2026 with bid opening at 9:00 a.m. May 12 at the KACo office.
