The Kentucky Association of Counties, lnc. (KACo), 400 Englewood Drive, Frankfort, Kentucky is requesting proposals for construction services for the KACo office building.

Scope

Includes, but may not be limited to:  

• Drywall repair and paint in dome and entry hall areas;
• Trim work and paint around eight windows inside the cupola;
• Scaffolding or other type of lift is required;
• Site visit is required prior to proposal submission; and
• Preferred completion date is Feb. 3, 2026.

Responses to this solicitation shall include:

• Minimum three corporate references; and
• Insured, with a potential performance bond requirement.

• Waive irregularities in any response;
• Reject any or all responses; and
• Negotiate with any party regarding their response.
