- Presentation by Brandon Fitch, Program Director, Turning Point Recovery Community Center, Four Rivers Behavioral Health - will speak about post overdose response team, housing scholarships, mobile access to treatment and recovery.

McGladrey, PhD, and Hallie Mattingly, MSW - The Rapid Implementation and Technical Assistance Hub (RITA) at the University of Kentucky has partnered with Vital Strategies to provide implementation support to criminal legal system, healthcare, and social services agencies throughout Kentucky.
