The American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act included $3 billion for economic recovery projects through the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA). The EDA recently announced more details about that funding, including a commitment to invest $300 million of the funds into coal communities. This session covered how to apply for funding and how the dollars can be used for economic recovery from the COVID pandemic.
