Kentucky OSHA rules require employers to post the OSHA 300A summary form (of 2023 occupational injuries and illnesses) no later than Feb. 1.

In Kentucky, this regulation will be applicable to public employers including the state, counties, school districts, special districts and cities, as well as private employers. While the federal courts have currently halted implementation of the rule, it is recommended that counties prepare for this possibility.
