The Housing Corporation has a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Housing Supply Gap Analysis.
The housing supply gap analysis will engage a range of partners to develop a better understanding of the existing housing market and identify strategies to increase the supply of missing housing.
KACo members should know that this work will consider existing housing needs assessments and any data useful to the project.
KHC wants to hear from area development districts (ADD) to learn more about any existing data or housing needs surveys being conducted in your communities.
In addition, KHC has procured a consultant to conduct a statewide needs assessment.
KHC anticipates the findings of Phase I to be released by late February. More details and announcements are coming soon.
Members also may share feedback to let KHC know how it might align this work to better serve the needs of Kentucky.
