The Kentucky Association of Counties (KACo) cordially invites you to participate in its 37^th Annual Conference and Exposition to be held October 26-28, 2011 at the Galt House Hotel & Suites in Louisville, Kentucky.

We are excited about this year's conference as KACo celebrates thirty-seven years of service to Kentucky's counties. As always, the conference promises to be an excellent opportunity for your organization to be on hand to influence this important group of decision-makers.

 

EXHIBITING INFORMATION:

• Booth space is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The charge for each8 x 10 booth is:
  • $425.00 (1); includes one full registration
  • $800.00 (2); includes two full registrations
  • $950.00 (3); includes three full registrations

 

• Additional Full Registrations (full access + meals) are $100.00 each
• Name Badge Only Registrations (exhibit hall only - no meals) are free
• Can only accommodate 97 booths

 

EXHIBIT HOURS:

 

• Exhibit Set-up: Wednesday, October 26^th from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Exhibit Hall opens: Wednesday, October 26^th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• Exhibit Hall opens: Thursday, October 27^th from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Exhibit tear down: Thursday, October 27^th from 2:00 p.m.to 3:00 p.m.

 

HOTEL INFORMATION:

KACo has a block of rooms reserved for the nights of October 25 - 27, 2011 at the Galt House Hotel, 140 North Fourth Street, Louisville, KY 40202. Deadline to receive the discounted room rate is October 11.

Additional rooms are available at the Ramada Downtown North, which is located approximately 2 miles from the Galt House Hotel just off I-71. When reserving a room, please mention the "Kentucky Association of Counties" to get the discounted rate of $65.00 per night. Call 502-897-5101 or log on to www.ramadalouisville.com. There will be a 24HR 4 PM cancellation policy. This special rate will be honored until Oct 22, 2011. After this cutoff date, they will not be able to guarantee the rate and availability.
