KACo offers group health and group life insurance through an Association Program with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. In addition to this Association Program, KACo also offers coverage through a variety of group health carriers statewide including: Bluegrass Family Health, Humana, and United Health Care. Our employee benefits program also offers group dental, voluntary life, short and long term disability, cancer, and a variety of other voluntary products that are available as cafeteria plan options. KACo also encourages the utilization of Wellness to promote health and well being of all Kentucky employees.

KACo retained the services of Peel & Holland Financial Group as our broker for all employee benefit offerings. Peel & Holland Financial Group has been in business since 1924 and brings over 88 years of experience and expertise to the KACo program.
