The Kentucky Association of Counties (KACo) cordially invites you to participate in its 34th Annual Conference and Exposition to be held November 19 – 21, 2008 at the Lexington Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
We are excited about this year’s conference as KACo celebrates thirty-four years of service to Kentucky’s counties. As always, the conference promises to be an excellent opportunity for your organization to be on hand to influence this important group of decision-makers.
Year after year, the KACo conference draws the largest attendance of county officials of any meeting throughout the state. We also offer the largest exposition program.
Enclosed are the official application form, tentative agenda and exhibit floor plan. Please note that exhibit set-up is Wednesday, November 18th from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Exhibit Hall opens that afternoon from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Exhibits re-open Thursday, November 20th from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Exhibitors may tear down after 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.
Booth space is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The charge for each 10 x 10 booth is $425.00 and includes one free registration packet valued at $225.00. Reserve your spot soon, because we can only accommodate 120 booths.
KACo has a block of rooms reserved for the nights of November 18,19,20 at the Hyatt Regency, 401 West High Street, Lexington, Ky 40507 discounted rate of $110.00 per night and at the Radisson Hotel, 369 West Vine Street, Lexington, Ky 40507 at the discounted rate of $99.00 per night.
